Alert Banners

The banners are made for different purposes and for different reasons. There are different types of banners for different times.

The alert banner is a banner meant to give alertness to somebody or for a certain group of community or a general alert banner. The alert banner is made to give an advance intimation to the public or a group about a possible problem expected to arise.

The alert giving practice started long back when a boy was kidnapped by some miscreants while going to school on his cycle. There was no practice of giving any alertness to any one before that.

The alert banner is displayed in public places where different types of work will be going on like construction of big buildings, digging bore well, heavy duty machinery moving, and so on.

The alert banner is displayed even on the back of vehicles with the words ‘keep distance’ which means an alert to the back vehicle to have control on his driving. This need not necessarily that there would be accident. But it is only an alertness given to avoid in case the front vehicle suddenly stops.

The alert banner is also displayed where earth excavation is going on. In places where the earth excavation and digging of bore well is going on, there is possibility of having loose soil and mudslinging in the near areas. In order to keep the public sufficiently at distance away from the site, an alert banner will be displayed at the outer boundaries for the safety of the people.

The alert banner can be seen even in roads and highways. In the case of road repairs of general kind in cities, the alert banner is displayed at some distance from the site for the vehicles coming to indicate the possible loose soil. Even on highways, when some bridges are under repair or new bridge under construction, the alert banner is displayed at a distance for the information of vehicles from that direction.

Even in the railway route, there could be alert banners at some distance from the bridge under construction or repair, for the train to keep slow and be careful in passing through that bridge.
