Cool banners cannot be made using colors as they like. While the banners should have a theme in general, it should be made in such colors to match the message for which the banner is made.

When the message of a banner is just to instill in the minds of the public, the banner should be in pleasing colors. In general, the banners are made using different color combination to look attractive. But, while the banners should be definitely attractive, it should not be made using colors only to match.

Cool Banners should have pleasing color in general. When the banners are made using light colors as the background, the banners look not only good, but it also keep the mind cool and afresh. Just as when we wear plain cloths in white, light green, etc, we get some mental peace and our mind will be calm and cool, even the banners in public places can give such effect.

If the cool banners are displayed in public places, using light colors both for the background of the banners and also the message part, the mind of the people looking at such banners, would be naturally cool and fresh. On the other hand, if the banners are found in hot colors like Red, Black, Dark Blue, etc., it will have the adverse effect on the minds of the people looking at such banners.

In other words, the banners displayed at public places meant for the people to look at, should be pleasant to the eyes of those look at it. The light colors so used in the banners can also be called as cool colors.

The banners which give the cooling effect as stated above, will also make people to look at them very often, as they feel that every look at such banners will keep them cool, and hence there is possibility that people very often or continuously look at such banners to keep their mind cool and fresh.
The disadvantage of banners with more and different fast colors may also sometimes, discourage the people to even look at them, thereby the very purpose of making such banners may get defeated.
