Among other types of banners, flag banners are also used. But this is for a different purpose. Here, only flags that represent any country, service or purpose flags such as peace, signal flags come in to picture. These flag banners may be used by every one like a country, people working on spreading peace, military forces, Scout Movement, Traffic Signal Centre. They are used to represent that particular part of category as and when required.

We find particular country flag banner hoisted at every country border. Also, during respective Independence Days, Republic Days, and other National festivals we come across these country flag banners. They are hoisted by particular country citizens to mark these events. Also, these country flag banners are used by people of particular countries in international meets such as SAARC, sport events such as Olympic Games, Asian Games, representing their countries. These flag banners are hoisted to show respect to one’s country and is to be respected by all as it has its own significance.

Also, social people who work on peace also make use of flag banners but that is all white in color. People working for protecting plants and trees make use of flag color that is of Green and plain with no creative work.

Traffic signal Centre makes use of these flag banners especially in train services to give a signal to the operator to inform when to start and stop. Even these flag banners are of single color and require no creativity like the peace flag and the banner.
