Banners are found in plain and colors. Plain banners are made with just plain colors of light nature. There is not much of expenditure incurred for such banners in plain nature.

There are banners other than plain banners. These are made in colors. Color banners are made with combination of colors with light color background like white, light green or light yellow. Though these banners are in color, they are called only as color banners. Color banners may contain minimum colors like two to four or five recognizable colors. The purpose of these color banners is to convey certain message in color to catch the eyes instead of just in two or three colors to look.

But, full color banners are made in many cases. The full color banners as the name itself says, are made in full of colors. Sometimes, these full color banners look matched in colors, but sometimes, the same full color banners look too much over in colors. The makers of such full color banners do not think or mind that the colors look over. Because, the makers want the banners to be as full color banners only.

Normally, the banners are made in colors of course, while they look as color banners, they cannot be called as full color banners, since the colors are made to match.

In some case, though many colors are not used in a banner, the banner looks with full of one or two colors. The banners of paint advertisement can be also called as full color banner wherein the fastness of color is high lighted. Here, though more colors are not used, the used color itself in the banner makes the banner, a full color banner.

Therefore, full color banners can be banners with more colors or less colors, but the total effect is expected that the banner should look like a full color banner.
