Like many Institutions and others advertising using banners, Media also makes use of banners to convey messages to people. As these banners are used by media persons, they can be called as Media banners. We see everyday that media make use of media banners to educate people on some important topic. The media category includes Newspapers, Television, Radio, Magazines, etc.

The media banners used to catch viewer’s attention to achieve their target—their target may be on informing people on an upcoming newspaper or a new television channel, etc. The uses are discussed below:

• News agencies make use of media banners to attract viewers to read their newspapers thereby increasing their income. They can do this by creating a banner that is large enough to read the content in them—the content can be on any article that is interesting.
• The Television media use these media banners to inform viewers on their upcoming channel. The attention can be grabbed by using some creativity such as if it is music related channel, an image of famous singer can be used who is in a singing pose.
• Radio people make use of media banners to introduce their new stations where the features can be mentioned in a creative manner where the concentration should be given on the advantages of the station.
• Many banners can be seen educating people on certain issues such as saving greenery, traffic rules, etc.

Therefore media banners find use in conveying important messages to people and prove to be more educating than any type of banners.
