Banners are not only used for promoting sales or services, but also for informing people on whether the sales or services are still open. These banners come with the word, ‘OPEN’ on that and can be used whenever there is requirement.

The various cases which use open banners can be explained as below:

Open Store Banners

A shop was out of stock of a product for sometime and now that it has received a fresh stock, it informs the same by using or hanging the ‘OPEN’ banner with the message if required.

Like any other departments, Banks also have different counters. When a person is there in the counter, then it displays a small banner saying ‘OPEN’ through which the account holder understands that the service in that particular counter if open.

Open Office Banners

Some offices have the practice of displaying these ‘OPEN’ banners when the work time has begun until the end of the day to inform its clients that their services are open.

Open Certain Days Banners

Some shops such as showrooms display these banners to inform people on its working hours. The detail may be like ‘Open on all days except Sundays’.

Open Banners

Clinics or physical health centres use these banners to inform people on the work timings. It may say for example, ‘Open on all week days between – to – and on Sunday between – to – ’.

A boating service may be open after a gap. It might inform people saying ‘Boating Open’.

Hence these banners are used to keep people informed on whether the services are open or not.
