When there is a need for pre designed banners, then the advertiser approaches a banner making company and explains his requirements to them. Usually when the matter is ready, the banner printing procedure is started in many cases. That includes deciding on banner size, design and color as per the requirement. But some companies may have some banners that are commonly used or with common matter and can offer the same to the advertiser who has approached them. Only if there are any additions to be made, then they can go for it in the available space.

These banners come in varieties like ‘WELCOME’, ‘HEARTY CONGRATULATIONS’, ‘ON SALE’, ‘DISCOUNT SALE’, ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY’, ‘HAPPY NEW YEAR’, ‘MERRY CHRISTMAS’, etc. Obviously these are commonly used terms and if need be, can add the extra matter anywhere in the banner, say for instance in a banner with the word ‘ON SALE’, a matter can be added below saying ‘a 3 bedroom flat with balconies and space for car parking’.

Also, while welcoming a new year, a banner printed ‘HAPPY NEW YEAR’ can be used and below that if there is a need, the year can be mentioned. And the same way many such banners with commonly used wordings can be used.

These banners may be used to save both, time and money. Because as the banners are readily available in printed form, the time required to print them will be saved. Also, the cost may be less if it is for a short period of time.

Some such banners may also be used where only the date, time and venue will have to be changed and the matter that is present already remains as it is. But these banners are usually owned by the advertiser himself to help him whenever required. These are also called as pre-designed banners because the matter is readily available.
