Pre-made banners are pre designed banners. When an advertiser wants to advertise some information or ideas, he approaches a banner making company and explains his requirements to them. Usually when the matter is ready, the banner printing procedure is started in many cases. That includes deciding on banner size, design and color as per the requirement. But if the companies have some banners, that are commonly used or with common matter, then they can offer the same to the advertiser who has approached them. Only if there are any additions to be made, then they can go for it in the available space.

‘WELCOME’, ‘HEARTY CONGRATULATIONS’, ‘ON SALE’, ‘DISCOUNT SALE’, ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY’, ‘HAPPY NEW YEAR’, ‘MERRY CHRISTMAS’, etc. are some of the pre-made banners available. These are usually prepared beforehand to serve in cases where money, time and manpower can be saved.

While welcoming a new year, a banner printed ‘HAPPY NEW YEAR’ can be used and below that if there is a need, the year can be mentioned. And the same way many such banners with commonly used wordings can be used.

Another example can be mentioned as: A shop has to announce a discount sale. This can be made by selecting a banner that says ‘DISCOUNT SALE’ and below that he can either give the details like the percentage offered and on what type of goods or anything he wants to or he can just hang it which gives the meaning.

Some advertisers own some of these banners to help themselves when there is a requirement. They may be usually institutions who want to announce their Annual Day celebrations or even Clinics can make use of such banners to advertise on something for example Polio or any Vaccination. Here, only date, time and place may have to be changed and the rest of the matter can be kept as it is.
