Printable Banners

Printable banners are banners that can be made available at a short notice. The banner size should be less and accommodative to the printer. If the banner is bigger than the frame for printing of banner, the banner cannot be printed.

The banner is normally printed by making a silk screen of the matter or the design for making the banner. The silk screen will be similar to a picture frame of wood or metal having a fabric stretched across it. This frame is placed over the banner on which the printing is required. Keeping the screen of the matter to be printed firmly on the banner, special type of inks are pushed through the screen from one end to the other.

When the process of pushing the special inks through the screen with the matter and the image if any, blocking the other areas, the ink is passed on through the unblocked area and the image and matter so desired, is obtained on the banner. The process is followed for each printed color.

As said above, the screen for printing on banner being similar to a frame, the matter beyond the screen cannot be printed and the banner is limited to the size of the frame. All the banners printed with the above limited operations become the printable banners. There is limitation for size of the banners that can be printed.

Printable banners are the banners that can be accommodated in size, in the process of printing the banner. If the banner is big and the frame cannot be made to that size, then the banner cannot be printable banner. There is provision to print the banner in a printing machine, if the size of the banner is small within the size of the printing bed.
