The single sided banner by name itself says that the banner is made on single side. The single side banner can be smaller or bigger in size to be displayed on a wall or at a central place or junction, to display information on just about anything.

The material used for single sided banner is another aspect. The single sided banner is normally a banner made on a thinner cloth meant for painting or printing on one side only. The purpose of single sided banner will be for a shorter period and hence the cheaper material is used for single sided banner.

The single sided banner can be smaller or bigger depending upon the matter meant for display. The single sided banner may be even single line banner or more than one line banner.

The single sided banners are fixed to a wall or a place which is not required to be seen from the other side. The banners with the messages like ‘opening shortly’, ‘closed for lunch’, ‘holiday’, etc come under single sided banners. These banners need not have any message on the other side.

The banners with limited message fixed in certain places also serve as single sided banners. For example, the banners with messages like ‘no smoking within the premises’, ‘switch off your mobile in the premises’, ‘keep silence’, etc. also can be considered as single sided banners, since these banners are fixed at one place and need not be seen from the other side.

Even in the cases of educational institutions, the announcements like ‘admissions open’, ‘courses offered’, etc are also made as single sided banners.
