Text Banners

Text banners are those banners having only text messages meant for display to convey certain information to the public. These text banners will have relevant information for the purpose for which the text banner is made.

The text banners may contain the matter text of specific nature to be displayed at the appropriate place for the information of appropriate people.

For example, if the local land authority is acquiring land in a particular area, the said authority will arrange for a text banner giving information about the acquisition of land in the particular area, the purpose of acquiring the land and the authority under which the land is being acquired. There is possibility of some houses existing in that area and the text banner displayed conveys the message to the dwellers in those houses on the alternate arrangements made for their dwelling.

Some times, the houses already existing may also be without proper ownership and the dwelling there being unauthorized. In such cases, the text of the banner would be clear that such houses would be demolished indicating in the text banner, certain period of time for the dwellers to shift to another place.

Some times, some of the lands would be owned by some individuals and the owners of such lands would be living elsewhere. The text banner displayed in that area would serve as the warning for the people living in that area or elsewhere that they have to vacate the place within the time limit specified in the particular text banner.

The text banner so displayed will also contain information to the landowners as to how and whom to approach either to get compensation for their land acquired by the authority or to get the houses already constructed in the area regularized with proper authority. The above is only an example for the text banners which is useful in many other ways.
